Eligibility: We accept your return request only if
  1. You have received the wrong product like different colour or different products.
  2. You have one day to make return request.
  3. You have a damaged item like broken item
  4. your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  5. For return request 2-4 photos of the received product will be required for proof.
  6. Return will be initiated within 7 days of delivery

How to track your order:

It is very simple to track your order if you have your tacking id (AWB number) with yourself. If you don’t have the tracking id after placing the order then feel free to contact us Contact@soofishoping.com. Monday to sat 10am to 5pm.

To track your order just click the TRACK YOUR ORDER tab given in the home page of the website. You will be redirected to the Delhivery courier company track page. Here just give your tracking id (AWB number) and track your order.

You will receive the mail in which the tracking id will be given. You can either go to the link given in the email or you can msg us on instagram or call us (between working hours 11am-4pm) to know the status of your order.
